Cancellation / No Show Policy

At Austin Yoga Lounge, we cherish our intimate community and strive to foster an environment where everyone feels supported and valued. As part of maintaining this welcoming atmosphere, we have crafted the following cancellation policy:

  1. Class Cancellations:

    • We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges your way. If you need to cancel your reservation for a class, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice.

    • Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before a scheduled session via your confirmation email, the My Reservations section of your account, or by contacting the studio directly. 

    • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time may result in the forfeiture of the class credit (for class packs) or a late cancellation fee of $25 (for monthly memberships.)

  2. No-Shows:

    • If you fail to cancel within the 12-hour window and do not inform the studio, you will forfeit the class credit (for class packs) and/or we will charge a $25 no-show fee (for monthly memberships).

    • For new students with the unlimited trial option, if you reserve a spot and do not show up to one or more classes, your pass will be suspended. 

  3. Workshop and Event Cancellations:

    • All workshops and events are non-refundable & non-transferable. By default, no credit will be given for no-shows in workshops.

We are a small business with limited space. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness to all community members while honoring your commitment to your practice and each other. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding these guidelines, which help us maintain the quality of our services and the intimacy of our studio environment.

Refund Policy

  1. Class Packages:

    • All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expired classes can be credited back with the purchase of a new class pack.

    • Monthly memberships are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your membership, please provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Any cancellation requests received within 30 days of the next billing cycle will take effect after the following billing cycle.

  2. Workshops and Events:

    • All workshops and events are non-refundable & non-transferable. By default, no credit will be given for no-shows in workshops.

  3. Special Circumstances:

    • In cases of documented medical reasons or emergencies, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us directly with any such requests, and we will do our utmost to assist you.

Please note that all refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process and reflect on your account statement.

Refunds or credits for cancellations are subject to the discretion of Austin Yoga Lounge's management.
