Embracing Pregnancy: A four week series
"Embracing Pregnancy: A Four-Week Yoga Series" is a transformative journey designed for expectant mothers. It blends the ancient practice of yoga with a nurturing space for self-discovery and empowerment. In partnership with Lindsey, the dedicated owner of Austin Yoga Lounge, and Erica Galia, a mother, a meditation guide, an advocate for peaceful birth, and a curator of maternal wellness communities.
Throughout the series, participants will embark on a holistic exploration of pregnancy, cultivating flexibility, strength, and relaxation while nurturing a deep sense of self-acceptance and body positivity. From mindful movement to guided breathwork, expectant mothers will learn to embrace the changes of pregnancy with grace and gratitude, fostering a profound connection with themselves and their growing babies.
Little Honey Money, a mom-centered registry, adds an extra layer of support and resources for expectant mothers, ensuring they have access to the tools and information they need as they navigate the pregnancy and motherhood journey. Little Honey Money will generously provide gift bags with their approved maternal brand favorites for all participants (at value of $200) to support women stepping into motherhood with confidence and support.
"Embracing Pregnancy" is more than just a yoga series—it's a sacred space where expectant mothers can come together to celebrate the beauty and newness of pregnancy, one breath at a time. Join us as we embark on this transformative journey together, supported by the expertise of Lindsey and Erica, the warmth of the Austin Yoga Lounge community, and the resources of Little Honey Money.
