Birth Preparation Sessions
This is where birth prep gets personal. These sessions blend education and movement, tailored entirely to what you and your partner want to focus on. Maybe that's laboring positions and breathwork, maybe it's working through fears, maybe it's all of it. Every session is different because every birth is different

Private Yoga & Training
One-on-one sessions with Lindsey, built around your body and where you are right now. Whether you're prenatal, postpartum, or not in either of those phases, private sessions let us focus entirely on what you need without adjusting for a room full of people. Some students use these to supplement group classes, others prefer the individual attention from the start

Private Couples Sessions
Think of this like our Yoga for Connection class, but it's just the two of you. Breathwork, laboring techniques, partner-supported movement, and the kind of practice that helps you both feel more prepared and more connected going into birth. If your partner is nervous about the group setting or you want to work on something specific together, this is where to start
