Studio Guidelines
Our policies exist to take care of this community
Our studio operates with limited capacity, and each reserved spot matters. Because everyone here is pregnant or postpartum, these policies are applied consistently to all students without exception. By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to the following
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
All cancellations must be completed through your Momence account
CLASS PACKS
Cancel at least 12 hours before class start time
Late cancellations (within 12 hours): $10 fee. Class credit returned
No-shows: $35 fee. Class credit returned
UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
Cancel at least 6 hours before class start time
Late cancellations (within 6 hours): $10 fee
No-shows: $35 fee
Late cancellation and no-show fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file. All policies are applied consistently to all students.
Community Events & Donation-Based Offerings
Donations are non-refundable
Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows result in forfeiture of the donation
Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will receive the donated amount as studio credit. Studio credit expires 3 months from date of issue
Workshops & Events
All workshops and events are non-refundable and non-transferable
No credits or refunds for missed events, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts
Class Pack Terms
Non-refundable and non-transferable
Expire 3 months from purchase date
Class packs are structured to encourage regular attendance during pregnancy and early postpartum, which are naturally time-limited seasons of life. We encourage students to purchase in alignment with their due date and anticipated availability
If birth occurs while a class pack is still active, remaining credits may be used within 6 months of baby's birth date
Class packs that expire before birth are not eligible for extension
No extensions are granted for travel, illness, or scheduling conflicts
Classes, memberships, and trials cannot be refunded due to early delivery or changes in birth timing
Unlimited Monthly Membership Terms
Month-to-month with no minimum commitment
Auto-renews monthly using the payment method on file
Cancellation may be submitted through Momence or by emailing hello@austinyogalounge.com
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
Membership fees are non-refundable or transferable
Memberships may not be paused or prorated
No exceptions, refunds, or credits will be issued for unused months
Gift Certificates
Must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase date
Once redeemed, the standard expiration policy for that service applies (for example, a 3-class pack would expire 3 months from activation)
Non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit
Expired certificates cannot be extended or reissued
