By purchasing or reserving a class, membership, or event ticket at Austin Yoga Lounge, LLC (“AYL”), you agree to the following policies.

Austin Yoga Lounge operates with limited class sizes. Timely cancellations allow other students the opportunity to attend. All cancellations must be completed through your Momence account.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. This page is the single source of truth and always reflects our current policies. The version posted here takes precedence and applies to all classes, memberships, and events, regardless of when they were purchased or reserved.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All cancellations must be completed through your Momence account. Cancel at least 12 hours before class start time. Unlimited Monthly Membership members have until 6 hours before.

Late cancellation: $10 fee.
No-show: $35 fee.

For class packs, your class credit is returned for future use. Fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file and applied consistently to all students.

Class Packs

Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expire 3 months from purchase date, unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.
If birth occurs before expiration, remaining credits may be used within 6 months of baby's birth date.
No extensions for travel, illness, or scheduling conflicts, except medical bedrest with documentation.

Unlimited Monthly Membership

Month-to-month. No minimum commitment.
Auto-renews monthly using the payment method on file.
Cancellation may be submitted through Momence or by emailing hello@austinyogalounge.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated. Unused classes do not roll over.
Unlimited monthly memberships may not be paused or suspended for any reason, including travel, scheduling conflicts, illness, pregnancy, or birth.

Late Arrival

For the safety of our students and out of respect for the teacher and class in session, we offer a 10-minute grace period. The studio doors are locked 10 minutes after class begins. Students who arrive after the doors are locked will not be able to join that class and will be marked as a no-show, and the no-show policy applies.

Community Events & Donation-Based Offerings

Donations are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will receive the donated amount as studio credit in your Momence account for future use.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the event start time result in forfeiture of the donation.
No-shows result in forfeiture of the donation.
Donations reserve your space and support the sustainability of community offerings.

Workshops & Special Events

Workshops and special events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations, missed events, or no-shows.

Birth-Related Exceptions

Onset of labor at or after 36 weeks: no refund or credit.
Premature labor before 36 weeks: 50% studio credit toward a future offering.

If the Studio Cancels a Workshop

Workshops with fewer than three sign-ups are subject to cancellation. If the studio cancels, the workshop will be rescheduled to a new date.
Students who are unable to attend the rescheduled date will receive studio credit toward a future offering.

Special & Limited-Time Memberships

From time to time, Austin Yoga Lounge offers special or limited-time memberships (such as the Fourth Trimester membership or new student trial). These offerings are governed by their own separate agreement, which you sign at the time of purchase. Where that agreement differs from these Terms & Conditions, the terms of that agreement apply.

Gift Certificates

Must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase date.
Once redeemed, the standard expiration policy for that service applies (for example, a 3-class pack would expire 3 months from activation).
Non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
Expired certificates cannot be extended or reissued.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Only one discount code may be applied per purchase. Codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, including special packages, series, or already-discounted pricing.
Codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively to a completed transaction.
Discount codes do not apply to gift certificates or donation-based events.
Discount codes are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. They are valid only for the offering and time period stated, and expire on the date indicated.
AYL reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

Fees & Payment

Late cancellation and no-show fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file. All cancellation and no-show policies are applied consistently to all students to ensure fairness and sustainability. If the payment method on file is declined, the studio will freeze the membership or retain a class credit until the payment is resolved.

Studio Commitment

By purchasing an offering from Austin Yoga Lounge, you are supporting a locally owned, woman-led studio serving the prenatal and postpartum community. Because every student here is navigating change, policies are applied consistently and without exception to ensure fairness, protect limited capacity, and maintain a sustainable studio environment.

By completing your purchase or reserving a class, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Waiver & Release of Liability.
