Prenatal Classes in Austin
Movement designed for your pregnant body
Every pregnancy is different, and so is every class you take here. Whether you've been practicing for years or you've never been on a mat, these classes are built to meet you exactly where you are. All levels are welcome, and most students join after the first trimester, around 12 weeks, once their provider has cleared them to practice. We respectfully ask that only pregnant students attend prenatal classes
Prenatal Flow
Our signature class, and where most students start. An intuitive flow to build strength and flexibility and practice the breathwork you'll actually use during labor. It comes in three paces, so you can match the day: the standard Flow for a balanced practice, Slow Flow for grounding and long, steady holds, and Power Flow for the days you've got more energy to move (a little yoga experience helps for Power)
All levels welcome · Best after 12 weeks · 60–75 min
Candlelit Restorative
Dim lighting, supportive props, and long-held restorative poses. This is the class where you actually let go. It's slow, it's quiet, and it's designed to ease tension and calm your nervous system when your body and mind need it most. Open to both prenatal and postpartum students
All levels welcome · Prenatal + Postpartum · 60–75 min
Prenatal Strength
Functional training and barre-inspired movement built specifically for pregnancy. We focus on mobility, core control, and pelvic floor support so you're building the kind of strength that actually helps during birth and recovery. No yoga experience needed for this one
All levels welcome · Best after 12 weeks · 60 min
Pre/Postnatal Sculpt
Light weights, resistance training, and mindful movement blended together. This class is open to both pregnant and postpartum students (cleared for exercise), so you'll be in a room with women at different stages, and that's kind of the beauty of it. A parent-only class, a chance to focus entirely on you
All levels welcome · Prenatal + Postpartum · 50 min
Prenatal Mat Pilates
Pilates on the mat, adapted for pregnancy. Slow, controlled movement that builds deep core and pelvic floor strength without any pounding or strain. It's wonderful for stability, posture, and easing the aches that come with a growing belly. No equipment, no experience needed, just you and the mat
All levels welcome · Best after 12 weeks · 50 min
