Pospartum Classes
Baby & Beyond
Our postpartum classes are designed to support your recovery and help you regain strength after childbirth. We gently rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, release shoulder and neck tension, and promote relaxation. These classes also foster bonding with your baby, boost mood and energy levels, and connect you with a supportive community of new parents.
Baby and Me Yoga
Designed for postpartum parents and their babies, this class helps you gently rebuild strength while connecting with your little one and other new parents. Expect mindful movement to support core and pelvic floor recovery, improve posture, and ease common discomforts from nursing, holding, and lifting. Babies of pre-crawling age are welcome.
Restore Your Core: Postpartum Strength
A focused, all-level strength class designed to rebuild deep core stability after birth. Through breathwork, pelvic floor engagement, and functional movement, this class supports recovery, improves posture, and helps you feel strong and confident in your body again. Babies of pre-crawling age are welcome.
Candlelit Rest & Restore (Postpartum +PRenatal)
A slow, calming class with dim lighting and long-held supported poses. Designed to ease tension, calm the nervous system, and replenish tired bodies. This is a parent-only class.
Pre/Postnatal Sculpt
An energizing strength class for pregnant and postpartum students. Blending yoga-inspired movement with light weights and resistance training, this class builds functional strength for pregnancy, birth, and recovery. This is a parent-only class.
Recover & Rebuild: Baby-Wearing Movement
An all-level postpartum class designed to help you gently rebuild strength with your baby close. Blending Pilates-inspired movement with functional strength and mobility work, this class supports core recovery, pelvic floor health, posture, and breath. Babywearing is welcome but not required.
For vaginal births, we recommend waiting until postpartum bleeding has stopped (typically 4-6 weeks). For cesarean births, please wait at least 6-8 weeks. Always consult your care provider before returning to exercise.
