Every pregnancy is unique, and our classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, our prenatal classes provide safe, supportive movement and mindful practices to help you feel your best throughout pregnancy.
Prenatal Flow
An all-level class designed to help you connect with your body and breath. Build strength and flexibility, ease common pregnancy discomforts, and prepare your mind and body for labor.
Prenatal Slow Flow
A gentle, grounding practice focused on mindful transitions and steady breathwork. Ideal if you’re new to yoga or looking for a slower pace.
Prenatal Strength
A pregnancy-specific strength class blending functional training, Pilates, and barre-inspired movement. Focused on mobility, core control, and pelvic floor support to build full-body strength for birth.
Candlelight Restore (Prenatal + Postpartum)
A slow, calming class with dim lighting and long-held supported poses. Designed to ease tension, calm the nervous system, and replenish tired bodies.
Pre/Postnatal Sculpt
An energizing strength class for both pregnant and postpartum students. Using light weights and mindful movement, this class builds functional strength for pregnancy, birth, and recovery.
Prenatal Power Flow
A more dynamic option for those wanting energy and challenge. This class builds endurance, stability, and strength while honoring your changing body.
All classes are created specifically for pregnancy and postpartum. Our teachers are trained to support your changing body so you can move with confidence.
Please receive approval from your OB or midwife before starting any new exercise routine.
