As a small, community-centered studio with limited class sizes, we rely on timely cancellations to give others the opportunity to attend. Please review the following policies carefully:

Class Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class start time for all members.

• You may cancel directly through your Momence account.

Late Cancellation:

• Class Pack Holders: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will result in the loss of class credit.

• Light Flow / Steady Flow Members: Cancellations made within 12 hours of class will incur a $15 late cancellation fee, but the class credit will be retained.

• Unlimited Flow Members: Cancellations made within 12 hours of class will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.

• New Student Unlimited: Cancellations made within 12 hours of class will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.

No-Shows

• If you do not attend class and fail to cancel in advance:

  • Class Pack Holders: Forfeit one class credit.

  • Monthly Members: Incur a $33 no-show fee.

  • New Student Unlimited: Incur a $33 no-show fee.

Workshop & Event Policy

• All workshops and events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No credits or refunds will be issued for missed events, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts.

• If you go into labor after 36 weeks, no refund will be issued.

• If you go into premature labor before 36 weeks, you may receive 50% credit toward a future offering.

Workshop Cancellations

• Cancellations made 2+ weeks before the event will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee.

• Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event will only be refunded (minus 10%) if your spot can be filled. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

What if I give birth before my package ends? If you give birth before finishing your class package or series, your unused classes or days will carry over to Postnatal Yoga classes. You will have 4 months from your baby’s birthday to finish your package.

We offer a variety of workshops and events for both pregnant and postpartum students, including mother's circles, childbirth education, lactation training, childbirth support, and more.

Nope! You’re only charged if you successfully book a spot.
