At AYL, we offer classes for every stage of motherhood. Whether you're just beginning your journey or deep in the postpartum phase, there's a space for you here. Explore our flexible class packages if you're looking to try things out, or choose a monthly membership for consistent movement and support throughout pregnancy and beyond.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

Unlimited $229

Enjoy unlimited access to all regularly scheduled weekly classes at Austin Yoga Lounge. This membership is designed to support consistent movement through pregnancy and postpartum with simplicity and ease.

As a monthly member, you’ll receive:

• Unlimited weekly classes
• A 6-hour cancellation window before late cancel fees apply
• Early access to special events and workshops
• One complimentary guest pass each month to share with a fellow mom or support partner

This membership is ideal for those attending two or more classes per week.

  • Class Cancellations

    Austin Yoga Lounge operates with limited class sizes. Timely cancellations allow other students the opportunity to attend.

    All cancellations must be completed through your Momence account.

    Class Packs:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class start time
    • Late cancellations (within 12 hours) incur a $10 fee
    • The class credit will be returned for future use
    • No-shows incur a $35 fee
    • The class credit will be returned for future use

    Unlimited Monthly Membership:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to class start time
    • Late cancellations (within 6 hours) incur a $10 fee
    • No-shows incur a $35 fee

    Late cancellation and no-show fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file. All cancellation and no-show policies are applied consistently to all students.

    Community Events & Donation-Based Offerings:

    • Donations are non-refundable
    • Cancellations within 12 hours result in forfeiture of the donation
    • No-shows result in forfeiture of the donation
    • Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will receive the donated amount as studio credit

  • What if I give birth before my class package expires?

    If you give birth before completing your class package, any unused credits will automatically carry over to our postnatal yoga and postpartum classes. Simply email us at hello@austinyogalounge.com with your baby’s birth date, and we will update your account expiration.

    You will have six (6) months from your baby’s birth date to use any remaining classes.

    What else do you offer besides yoga?

    Austin Yoga Lounge offers you and your growing family support beyond yoga classes! We offer a variety of workshops and events for both pregnant and postpartum students, including mother's circles, childbirth education, lactation training, childbirth support, and more.

  • Full Class? Join the Waitlist

    Classes at Austin Yoga Lounge often fill quickly, but waitlist spots move fast. Our Momence waitlist system notifies you in real time when a spot opens so you can book right away.

    How it works

    • If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist.

    • When a spot opens, you’ll receive a text and email with a link to book.

    • Spots are first come, first served.

    • If you claim a spot and can no longer attend, please cancel promptly so another student can join.

    What to expect
    Waitlists move frequently as schedules change. With real-time alerts, many students are able to get into class.

    FAQ

    How do I check my waitlist status?
    Log into your Momence account to view your waitlisted classes. There is no set order, so booking depends on who responds first.

    What if I miss the notification?
    You’ll stay on the waitlist and be notified again if another spot opens.

    Will I be charged if I don’t get in?
    No. You’re only charged if you successfully book a spot.

    Should I come to the studio if I’m waitlisted?
    Please wait for confirmation. Without a booked spot, we can’t guarantee space in class.
