The studio is more than a place to take a class. It's a space we've designed to feel warm, intentional, and a little bit special. If you're looking to gather your people for something meaningful, we'd love to help you make it happen
Mother's Blessing
This is not a baby shower. It's a ceremony. You gather your closest people, the ones who hold you up, and we create a space to honor you and your baby before birth. The experience includes a guided yoga class, a cacao ceremony, two hours in the studio, and all the ceremonial materials to make the space feel sacred
All we need from you is your due date, your favorite flower, and your people. We take care of the rest
Private Group Classes
Book the studio for you and your group, up to 10 people. Bring your pregnant friends, your postpartum crew, or a group that just wants to move together. We'll pair you with a teacher and build a class around what your group needs, prenatal, postpartum, or general yoga and strength

Corporate & Team Events
We work with companies looking to create something real for their team. Whether it's a Mother's Day event, a women's leadership experience, or a team-building session that goes deeper than trust falls, we'll bring a teacher to your space or host you at ours
On-site or at our studio
Studio Rental
If you're a teacher or facilitator looking for a beautiful space to host your own class, workshop, or event, our studio is available to rent. It's warm, thoughtfully set up, and already has everything you need, mats, props, sound system, and good energy
A Few Things to Know
We take care of this space so it can take care of you
For all events
We have babies crawling on these floors every day, so shoes come off at the door. We keep the studio clean for the littlest ones and ask that you do the same
No smoking, confetti, or glitter in the studio
For studio rentals
Please plan to have the space vacated and everything back where it was by the end of your reservation. Overtime is billed in half-hour increments
No nails, screws, or staples in the walls. Tape and adhesive materials need to be removed carefully. Any damage to walls, floors, or furniture will be billed to the card on file
A cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, but we ask that you leave the space the way you found it. Factor setup and teardown into your booking hours so you're not rushed at the end
