This two-hour workshop is designed to prepare couples for the realities of giving birth in a hospital setting. Led by Lindsey DiCello, a DONA-certified birth doula and founder of Austin Yoga Lounge, you’ll gain unbiased, evidence-based tools to feel supported, regardless of your path. Whether you’re preparing for an induction, planning an epidural, or hoping for an unmedicated birth. Together, we’ll cover everything from recognizing early labor signs to knowing when to head to the hospital, along with practical comfort measures and advocacy skills. With a mix of education, guidance, and hands-on practice, you and your partner will leave feeling informed, confident, and ready to navigate the hospital birth experience as a team.
