Prenatal Posture & Power: Wellness for Strength & Stability
Pregnancy brings incredible changes to your body—some exciting, some challenging. This workshop is designed to help you move through those changes with confidence, strength, and ease.
Led by Megan Niles, a NASM-certified trainer and pre/postnatal fitness specialist, you’ll learn how posture, breath, and alignment can support your body throughout pregnancy and beyond. Together, we’ll explore:
How pregnancy hormones and physical changes affect posture and muscle balance
Common challenges like back pain, fatigue, and diastasis recti—and ways to ease or prevent them
Practical exercises for core, pelvic floor, and overall stability that you can use daily
Breathing techniques to reduce tension and connect more deeply with your body and baby
We’ll also touch on what to expect postpartum and how to set yourself up for recovery with strength and stability. The session closes with a Q&A, giving you the chance to ask questions and receive personalized guidance.
