From Warmth to Stillness: A Seasonal Reset for Moms

Join us for a cozy, heart-nourishing workshop created especially for new mothers as we move from the warmth of summer into the bustle of fall. This is a sacred pause: a chance to slow down, be held in community, and tend to your body and spirit with love. Together, we’ll move through soft, restorative yoga to open the heart center and release tension where new moms tend to hold it most, followed by a guided Ayurvedic self-abhyanga (self-massage) ritual to ground and replenish. Ayurvedic sips and snacks will be served.

We’ll learn seasonal wisdom for the shift from Pitta to Vata season, reflect together in a soulful circle, and close with a deeply restful meditation to leave you feeling grounded, centered, and renewed. Mamas of all levels are invited to this baby-free workshop.

Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. For the self-abhyanga portion, you may wish to bring a change of clothes to change into that gives easy access to arms and legs, like loose shorts or a flowy dress, or wear something you wouldn’t mind getting a little oil on.
