This all-level postpartum class is designed to help you gently rebuild strength, stability, and connection—with your baby close to your heart. Blending Pilates-inspired movement with bodyweight strength and mobility work, you’ll move through functional patterns that support core recovery, pelvic floor health, posture, and breath.
You’ll be guided through mindful movement to: Reconnect with your core and pelvic floor after birth Improve posture, alignment, and mobility Build strength and confidence for everyday parenting tasks Bond with your baby while caring for your own recovery Babywearing is welcome and encouraged, but not required.
You’re welcome to move with your baby in a carrier or on a mat beside you.
We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a C-section. As always, please get clearance from your provider before beginning postpartum movement.
