A Hands-On Couples Class for Birth
It's a little like a date night. A yoga class disguised as birth prep, where you get to see how your partner responds when you ask them to soften their shoulders or relax their face. You sync up your breath, practice the techniques you'll actually reach for in labor, and remember you're walking into this together
This 75-minute workshop is for you and your birth partner, whoever that is: your spouse, your mom, your best friend. Through partner-supported movement, breathwork, and a little guided stillness, you'll ease the aches pregnancy brings while building the kind of trust and teamwork that carries into the birth room
What you'll do together:
Use breath as a shared tool for grounding and calm, in pregnancy and in labor
Move through partner-assisted postures that relieve common pregnancy discomforts
Practice guided meditation and visualization as a couple
Learn simple ways to bring calm and presence into your labor space
No yoga experience needed, all levels welcome. Recommended for 32 weeks and beyond.
