Breastfeeding Bootcamp
Feeding a newborn is one of those things no one really walks you through, and then suddenly it's 3 am and you're wondering if you're doing it right. This workshop is here so those first days feel less like guessing and more like something you're already ready for
It's a 90-minute prenatal workshop focused on the very first week of life, led by infant feeding experts. You'll get evidence-based guidance and real, practical tools, the kind that help you feel calm and clear instead of overwhelmed. There's no pushing you toward one "right" way, just honest information so you can feed your baby in the way that works for you and your family
What you'll learn:
How breastfeeding actually works, and what to expect in those early days
The Golden Hour, and why early skin-to-skin matters so much
How to advocate for your feeding goals, in the hospital and once you're home
Positioning and latch techniques that keep both you and baby comfortable
How to set up your space for feeding success
Newborn behavior and the early cues that tell you baby is hungry
Ways to support your own postpartum healing while you feed
How to track progress, and how to know when it's time to reach out for help
Subsequent Classes:
This is a solo workshop, one ticket per person. Want to bring someone with you? Your partner, your mom, your sister, whoever's in your corner is welcome. Just email us at hello@austinyogalounge.com and we'll set you up with a discount on their ticket
