Our prenatal yoga and movement classes are here to support you every step of the way. In each class, you’ll build strength, release tension, and connect more deeply with your body and baby as you prepare for birth. We respectfully ask only pregnant students attend prenatal classes.

 
  • Our prenatal flow class is an all-level class designed for students to connect with their bodies intuitively. These classes consist of poses that will help students gain strength and flexibility, practice focusing the mind and breath in preparation for labor, and relieve common pregnancy pains.

  • Our strength training class is designed specifically for mothers-to-be, combining functional exercise, Pilates, and barre-inspired movements. With a focus on mobility, core control, and mindfulness, this class supports your perinatal journey by helping to prevent or repair diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction while strengthening the entire body.

  • Our Prenatal Slow Flow class offers a gentle, Hatha-inspired practice designed to nurture your body and calm your mind. This class focuses on mindful transitions, intentional breathwork, and grounding postures to promote relaxation, ease tension, and support the physical changes of pregnancy.

  • Designed for both expecting and postpartum students, this energizing class blends the mindful movement of yoga with the strength-building benefits of light weights and resistance training. You’ll flow through safe, low-impact sequences that support core stability, improve posture, and build functional strength—helping you feel strong, balanced, and confident during pregnancy and beyond.

    Modifications are offered for every stage of pregnancy and postpartum healing, making this class accessible for all fitness levels. Ideal for: Expecting mothers and postpartum mothers (cleared for exercise) who are ready for some “me time” to move, rebuild strength, and recharge—this is a parent-only class and a wonderful opportunity to focus on yourself without bringing baby.

  • Our Candlelit Rest & Restore is a slow, deeply calming practice for pregnant and postpartum mothers. With dim lighting, supportive props, and long-held restorative poses, this class helps ease tension, calm the nervous system, and replenish tired bodies.

  • Our Prenatal Power Flow Yoga class offers a dynamic and energizing practice tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy. Combining the strength-building elements of Power Yoga with mindful modifications, this class supports endurance, flexibility, and stability while honoring your changing body.
