You were told to prepare your body for birth. You were guided to get the baby gear and ready the house for your little one’s arrival. But has anyone taught you how to care for your nervous system through the actual work of parenting?
Raising small humans is no small feat. Whether you’re a parent-to-be or already in the thick of raising children of any age, this workshop will help you understand your nervous system, what dysregulation and regulation look and feel like, and practical tools to help you regulate in difficult moments.
What you’ll learn
Join Maggie for simple techniques for nervous system awareness, connection, and regulation, specifically for the moments of parenting overwhelm: the crying, the tantrums, the defiance. You’ll practice ways to find your center so you can respond from a place of connection rather than reaction.
